Clinics and centers focus on machine physiotherapy using heavy equipment while with home physiotherapy, you get one-to-one sessions from an expert physiotherapist that is focused on you, in your environment, and to create goals and recovery milestones. Our physiotherapy team will have portable equipment to manage your condition, But the focus will be on manual exercises more than heavy machinery.

During a home physiotherapy session and according to your condition the physiotherapist might use one or many of the following:

• Portable Ultrasound:for treating inflammation, improving deep circulation, and reducing swelling
• TENS and Interferential: for releasing pain
• EMS: for strengthening muscles
• Manual Therapy: mobilization, soft tissue release, trigger point release, stretching, strengthening, stability, and Neurodynamic rehabilitation
• Massage & Lymphatic Drainage

• The session timing usually will be 45 to 60 minutes. it depends upon the patient’s condition and requirements
• If session timing needs to be increased charges will also get increased.
