Prima vita’s mission is to help clients with all their needs. We help them feel confident as parents, understand the sleep training methods they tried didn’t work, and what needs to be changed to ensure their little one sleeps well.
Together, we’ll prepare a sleep training strategy suitable for your little one’s age, and personality.

Your Prima vita Sleep Coach will help you sleep train your baby within 1 to 2 weeks. The process won’t be easy and your little one will shed some tears, but your Registered Nurse will be standing by to guide you through every step for the next 4 weeks.

It might be a hard process but the results are worth it! Seeing the baby and parents having a full night of sleep is what motivates us.

Prima Vita sleep training strategy varies from one baby to another. Our goal is the same for everyone, which is to get the baby and family to have a good night of sleep. However, it’s essential to understand that one technique doesn’t work on all. Each baby is unique and should be treated accordingly.

The first visit of the team will be a one-hour assessment where they collect a detailed history of sleep patterns and behaviors from birth onwards, they will also discuss your parenting style and family routine in general, this will enable the nurse to find the right sleeping strategy that fits your child personality and routine.

Our licensed staff will then prepare and share the care plan! The following two home visits are focused on supporting the new behavior changes for the child and parent and dealing with any setbacks that might occur.
